The contract includes Fully-Funded HMO and POS member lives.

WMPN physicians manage care for approximately 14,100 lives of Priority Health's plan-wide commercial lives of 349,947 (Note: Priority Health enrollment figures are current as of December, 2008).

There is no longer a withhold on physician payments.

WMPN physicians have the opportunity to earn rewards and shared savings through Priority Health's Partners In Performance (PIP) and Pay For Performance programs.

WMPN manages and negotiates the Priority Health Commercial Contract on behalf of the WMPN physician members.
